Casino company Bayton is coming to the Netherlands, is that good news?
Bayton Ltd. is a casino company from Malta, which also wants to enter the Netherlands. What kind of club is Bayton and which casinos do they operate?
A few weeks ago, NOGA, the Dutch trade association for online casinos, announced a new member: Bayton Ltd.
Mr. Casino had to think for a moment. Bayton, Bayton, where does he know that company from again?
Hell yes, from the online casino Lucky Nugget. That's one of the oldest online casinos in the world. It was founded in 1998. This makes the casino ancient. So old, in fact, that there is not even a live casino where you play blackjack and roulette.
Lucky Nugget is not yet active in the Netherlands and for Dutch people not to visit. Those who go to the site are told:
'Due to regulatory changes, Lucky Nugget is now closed in the Netherlands.'

Ah, a variety of brands. So Bayton has several online casinos. Do we know some of them by name, in the Netherlands? Not really.

A total of 20 websites are listed in the Maltese license of Bayton Ltd. All sites are closed to Dutch visitors.
Sources whisper to Mister Casino that some shareholders in Bayton would also be shareholders in gambling giant Betway. Betway is registered at the same address in Gzira and is also a member of NOGA.
Bayton: sparse casinos
The casinos mentioned above have a few things in common.
- There is usually no live casino present.
- Most online casinos only have slots from provider Microgaming.
- The bonus terms are often very strict.
On the internet, you can read many complaints about the non-payment of winnings and the accessibility of customer service.
The strict bonus conditions, you could also complain about that. At most Bayton online casinos, you have to wager the bonus 70 times to clear it. Of course, that almost never works out.

For now, Mr. Casino is not cheering very hard on the banks.
Would the casinos of Bayton enter the Dutch market today, they would lose out to the competition.
A live casino is a must in 2022. Only slots from Microgaming are far too sparse, even if they do include the big jackpot slot Mega Moolah. And the wagering conditions are, compared to casinos like Jacks.nl (20 times bet) or BetCity (25 times bet), dramatic.
But you never know. Maybe Bayton will come up with something really nice, for Dutch players.

- Balance of invoice must be paid in full before TriMArc can schedule and install.
- If client elects to pick up their ADG Home order instead of taking advantage of the installation, the customer pick-up will be FREE. For ADG Home orders under $5,000, there is a $10.00 pick-up fee for each piece or carton.
- Free receiving will be provided:Upon receipt, we will open, inspect and blanket wrap each piece, remove cartons and await further instructions. A Receiving Report of the pieces received will be faxed or emailed to the client within eight business hours of receipt. We do this for non ADG Home items too.

- Art Installations: When art is purchased from Patrick Allen Art, a Brand of ADG, the installation fee is reduced to $50/hour for a 1-man crew or $70/hour for a 2-man crew; otherwise, the standard hourly rates apply.
- Cancellation Fee:A $100.00 cancellation fee per scheduled hour for installations, deliveries, or on-site pickups if cancelled within 36 BUSINESS hours of scheduled appointment.
- Crating Fees: $75.00 per crate
