Nebenwirkungen von Proviron
Proviron gehört zur Gruppe der Androgene. Seine Verwendung kann zu unerwünschten Wirkungen führen wie:
- Erhöhte Fettigkeit der Haut, begleitet von entzündlichen Erscheinungen;
- Erhöhung der Haardichte am Körper und im Gesicht;
- Haarausfall am Kopf (bei genetischer Veranlagung).
Ähnliche Effekte treten bei Männern auf, die das Medikament einnehmen. Ihre Manifestationen werden wahrscheinlich mit steigenden Dosen des Arzneimittels zunehmen. Es ist auch wichtig zu beachten, dass Proviron ein DHT-Derivat ist und Medikamente wie Finasterid, Proscar oder Dutasterid seine androgene Wirkung nicht reduzieren können.
Trotz der Tatsache, dass Proviron alle androgenen Nebenwirkungen trägt, ist die Manifestation von östrogenen Nebenwirkungen nicht spezifisch. Die Substanz ist ein aktiver Aromatasehemmer und wirkt im Körper als Antiöstrogen, wodurch die Nebenwirkungen anderer Verbindungen durch den Mechanismus der Senkung des Gesamtöstrogenspiegels im zirkulierenden Plasma reduziert werden. Aufgrund seiner starken androgenen Natur, kombiniert mit antiöstrogenen Fähigkeiten, wurde Proviron nach einer Reihe von Studien in der Medizin als Arzneimittel gegen Gynäkomastie und Brustkrebs eingesetzt.
Die Anwendung von Proviron wird für Frauen nicht empfohlen, da das Medikament Virilisierungsmanifestationen verursachen kann. Virilisierung ist die Entwicklung männlicher Eigenschaften, die für den weiblichen Körper ungewöhnlich sind.
Proviron ist nicht C-17-alpha-alkyliert, sondern am ersten Kohlenstoffatom methyliert. Aufgrund dieser Struktur verursacht die Substanz, die in den Körper gelangt, keine hepatotoxische Wirkung, was durch die Ergebnisse einer Reihe von Studien belegt wird. Daher hat die Einnahme von Proviron keine negativen Auswirkungen auf die Leber.
Das Medikament wirkt sich jedoch negativ auf das Herz-Kreislauf-System aus. Bei der Untersuchung dieses Effekts wurde mit Sicherheit festgestellt, dass die Einnahme von 100 mg Proviron pro Tag über 6 Monate einen signifikant negativen Effekt auf den Cholesterinspiegel zeigt: Der Anteil des LDL (schlechtes Cholesterin) steigt auf 65% und HDL (gutes Cholesterin) sinkt auf 35%.
Es gibt auch die Meinung, dass Proviron in der Lage ist, die Produktion von körpereigenem natürlichem Testosteron zu unterdrücken, obwohl dieser Effekt äußerst unbedeutend ist. Zum Beispiel führen tägliche Dosen von 150 mg des Arzneimittels oder weniger nicht zu einer Hemmung des natürlichen Testosterons, aber höhere Konzentrationen (über 300 mg) können seinen Spiegel reduzieren.

Customer Pickups
Customers may pick up items Monday – Friday from 8:00AM until 3:30PM
Minimum 24-hour notice for customer pick-up.
$10/piece dock charge for pick-up by another carrier or customer pick-up.
TriMarc is not responsible for damages incurred due to improper loading or type of vehicle used.

- For all ADG Home orders over $5,000 receive one FREE hour of installation,

$15,000 receive two Free hours of installation
The following terms apply:- The one hour cannot be split up.
- Balance of invoice must be paid in full before TriMArc can schedule and install.
- If client elects to pick up their ADG Home order instead of taking advantage of the installation, the customer pick-up will be FREE. For ADG Home orders under $5,000, there is a $10.00 pick-up fee for each piece or carton.
- Free receiving will be provided:Upon receipt, we will open, inspect and blanket wrap each piece, remove cartons and await further instructions. A Receiving Report of the pieces received will be faxed or emailed to the client within eight business hours of receipt. We do this for non ADG Home items too.

- Art Installations: When art is purchased from Patrick Allen Art, a Brand of ADG, the installation fee is reduced to $50/hour for a 1-man crew or $70/hour for a 2-man crew; otherwise, the standard hourly rates apply.
- Cancellation Fee:A $100.00 cancellation fee per scheduled hour for installations, deliveries, or on-site pickups if cancelled within 36 BUSINESS hours of scheduled appointment.
- Crating Fees: $75.00 per crate
